Hi, Everyone,
This sketch is for the Splitcoast SC367 challenge. I've had these charms for the longest time, so I thought I'd better use them up. I embossed the stamped image in gold embossing powder to match the charms and then used my aqua painter and Marina Mist ink to color in the water.

Hello, Everyone,
This card I did for the challenge at Splitcoast, SC289. I thought I would use this in our club for August, too. We'll be learning the watercooring technique with this card.
I needed a card for a retirement coming up, but you could put anything you'd like on it.
I used the Sailor's knot or the Carrick Bend knot with the Hemp Twine. You can look at the US Powerboating website to view a video of how to do it. For some reason it wouldn't let me copy the shortcut for you.
Just don't pull it totally tight. You want to be able to see the Figure 8 in the knot (if that makes sense)
Happy Stampin'
Linda

Here's the inside of my card. Sorry so blurry. It says 'Life is uncharted territory. It revelas its story one moment at a time. Leo F. Buscaglia'
