New Year's Resolution.....I'm already behind

Hello, Everyone,
Well, this year I got so behind on my crafting that I wasn't able to get my Christmas cards done.  So I never sent any out.  Me, the card lady.  How dare I? 

I'm not one for New Year's Resolutions, but I actually made a promise to myself, and now I need your help, too.  I'll be posting once a week a Christmas card, and guess what?  I'm already behind.   I'm hoping by making it known to you all my intentions so that I'll actually follow through with this resolution.  

Well, here's the first one.  I'll post in a few days a second one, and then I'll be on track.  I'm hoping by posting my Christmas cards to you all will keep me on the straight and narrow :)

Old Olive - I used my ruffle foot to make the ruffles.  You can also do this by hand with a loose hand stitch and gather ribbon.

Invitation challenge over at Soul Scrappers

Hi, Everyone,
This is for Marisa's challenge over at Soul Scrappers.  Create an invitation using a digital program or traditional invitation.  I stamped the tree on the white and then used Vellum on top in which I stamped "You're Invited" and the rest of the lines for where, when, what, etc.

Now I've gotten a head start on my invites for Christmas Eve.  I love being ahead of schedule.

Container Class Part 1

Hi, Everyone,

Here's our Christmas container we'll be doing in class in September.  We'll also be making a fall one with candles in it, too.  You'll be making a matching card for each container, too.  Take a peek below at one of the containers and matching cards we'll be making below.  I used two stamp sets to make this beautiful set.  They are Holiday Happiness (120792) and Contempo Christmas (120594).

Isn't this great for those holiday treats you give to your coworkers or teachers?
