Christmas in July

Hello, Everyone,

I'm starting to think about Christmas, and I don't want to be making my cards last minute.  Do you?  Let's get started on our cards together.  We'll be making six cards in this class. 

Aren't these tree cards beautiful?  We'll learn the direct to paper technique to achieve this look.  Also, we'll color in some snow and add some glitter (I hope you can see it in the pics).

The other three cards has a Holiday sentiment on the bottom which you change to say whatever you'd like, and then we'll use the new bird punch for this card.  Take note that the embossing doesn't cover the whole card where the sentiment is.  Isn't that cool?

Dove tag

This beautiful tag will go along with the candle set that we'll be making in our class on November 9, 2009.  Email me if you'd like to attend.  It will be a lot of fun learning a new technique, stamping on candles.  Someone will enjoy this gift around the holidays.

Gift class - Stamping on Candles

This will be an upcoming class in October or November.  I'm waiting to finalize my club dates before I set the date for this class.  I do know that I can only take groups of two to three at a time as there may be some down time in creating this project, but it's worth the wait.  Aren't these candles beautiful for a teacher gift or a grab at one of your holiday parties?  I'm sure the hostess that invites you to their home would love this holiday candle set.

If you'd like, you can let me know what's a good time for you, and I can work the classes that way, too, since I haven't determined a time yet.  I'll be doing a morning and night class for this project, so visit my "Class" tab above for an upcoming schedule.
